Travel Itinerary

Depart from Toronto in the early morning and travel to Montreal, Canada’s second-largest city, known as the “Paris of North America.” The city preserves the charm of 17th–18th century European architectures, with historic churches, heritage buildings, and streets infused with French flair.  Upon arrival, stroll through Old Montreal, a vibrant and charming district where history and culture come together. Its preserved historic buildings, waterfront, and public squares evoke a strong European atmosphere.  We will stop for photos in front of the magnificent Notre-Dame Basilica.  Heading to Bonsecours Market, an artistic shopping and exhibition center where you can experience French culture.  Afterwards, visit Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours Chapel (the Sailors’ Church).   In the evening, check in to a luxury hotel .

In the morning, travel to Charlevoix, known as the “Little Switzerland of the East.”  The whale-watching cruise ($ Pre-pay required) departs from a harbor surrounded by towering green cliffs and the vast St. Lawrence River, offering both grandeur and tranquility. During the journey, you may witness breathtaking moments as whales breach the water’s surface.  The fresh breeze, and occasional sightings of whales make this an unforgettable experience of Quebec’s natural beauty.

In the early evening, we check in to the 5-star Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu Resort overlooking the St. Lawrence River. This iconic resort blends history, nature, and luxury, making it one of Canada’s most representative castle-style hotels. With excellent facilities and an on-site casino, it offers a classy and memorable evening.

Depart from scenic Charlevoix and visit a traditional French-style sugar shack in the morning. Experience the unique treat Maple Taffy (CAD $6), where hot maple syrup is poured onto snow or ice to form a soft, chewy candy that is rolled onto a stick.  Enjoy an authentic French-style lunch (optional$), where each dish reflects the flavors of French cuisine and the warmth of countryside hospitality. Arrive at Mont Tremblant Village in the afternoon.  This is a picturesque destination full of French charm, often described as a fairy-tale village and nicknamed the “Banff of the East.” Colorful buildings sit harmoniously among mountains and lakes, with artisan shops and specialty restaurants creating a lively atmosphere.  Alternatively, take a peaceful walk through the surrounding forests and enjoy the beauty of nature. You may also choose to broad the Lac Tremblant cruise (seasonal$), gliding across the water while taking in the serene scenery.

We leave Mont Tremblant and arrive at the Nation’s Capital, Ottawa, appointed by Queen Victoria.  The uniqueness of our nations’ capital is that it consists of two cities from the province of Ontario and Quebec.  The city tour of Ottawa will include the Parliament Hill, Peace tower, Centennial Flame, National War Memorial, National Art Gallery, and the Rideau Canal.   During the summer months, we will enjoy a special performance at Parliament Hill "Canada-On-The-March" presented by the Canadian military band. This program is known for its traditional charm performances, though its scheduling depends on weather conditions.  In case of special circumstances or weather issues, we will visit Rideau Hall, the Governor General’s residence, a Victorian-style building constructed in 1838 that stands as an important symbol of Canada’s political and historical evolution.  Arriving in Toronto in the evening will conclude this wonderful journey.

◊  Between months of late June and early August, a special visit to a lavender farm will elevate your summer experience.
